we had a good day overall, but the trail signs were a little confusing in a few places. some of them were easy to miss, and at a couple of junctions it wasn’t super clear which way we were supposed to go. we ended up stopping to check the map more than we expected. it didn’t ruin the day or anything, but for such a big resort, i figured the trails would be marked a bit better.

I found lift tickets and mountain info really quickly, without any weird pages or confusing steps. it was way easier than some other sites I’ve used..

I went to an event at snowbasin with some friends, and overall I’d say we had a really nice time. The views were great, and the staff we talked to were friendly and pointed us in the right direction when we weren’t totally sure where to go.
Parking and getting out afterward were a little slow, and the food lines definitely got long at times, but I don’t think any of it really spoiled the day. I’d probably go again, maybe just plan to arrive earlier next time.

The trails were groomed good overall. places like this usually have a few rough spots here and there, but for the most part the grooming was solid and made the ride easy to enjoy.

We weren’t totally sure what to expect, but I’m relieved we tried it. The kids had such a great time here, and it ended up being a really nice spot for the whole family.

Went today thinking it’d be a normal quick outing, but wow, it was crowded everywhere. Lines were long for pretty much everything, and by the time I got a drink I’d already finished the little bag of pretzels I brought in my purse. Just didn’t end up being much fun, to be honest.

I went in expecting solid snow, and it was kind of mixed. A few runs had nice powder, but a lot of spots got icy and scraped off faster than I thought they would. I also felt a little pressured to make the most of it since everyone seemed eager to keep going, even when conditions weren’t great. It wasn’t a bad day, just not quite the snow experience I was hoping for.

Snowbasin’s base area was a great experience. The lodges were clean, bathrooms were easy to find, and there was enough room to sit down and get your gear together without it feeling packed. The food was good too, not exactly cheap, but that’s kind of what I expected. Parking and getting gear sorted all felt smooth. I had a good feeling about the place right away, and I’d definitely trust that instinct and go back.

I went up to Snowbasin expecting the usual parking hassle, but it was actually way smoother than I thought it would be. We pulled in, found a spot quickly, and didn’t have to circle around the lot forever, which was a nice surprise.
The best part was being close enough that I wasn’t stuck hauling all my gear for a long walk. It just made the whole morning feel a lot more relaxed, i’d be happy to come back again.

Booking was okay overall, but it felt like the site only works when it wants to. I got through it in the end, but the checkout was kind of slow and a little confusing, so it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.

I rented skis and boots from Snowbasin, and it was fine, but not anything special. The staff was friendly enough and tried to help, which I appreciated, but the boots felt worn out and I had to swap them a few times before finding a pair that didn’t hurt. The skis got me through the day, but they had some rough edges too. For what they charge, I think it’s only fair to expect gear that’s in better shape. It worked out, but I do feel like customers deserve a little more care for the price.

we had a really good experience with snowbasin ski school. my 8 year old was nervous that first morning, but her instructor was so patient and calm with her, and never made her feel rushed.
by lunch she was making turns and actually smiling, which felt huge. the group seemed small enough, pickup was simple, and even though it wasn’t cheap, it felt worth it. we’ll definitely sign up again next time.

I got the season pass this year and, it paid for itself quicker than I expected. Snowbasin is definitely not cheap, and I kind of feel like they’re banking on people just buying day tickets without doing the math. But if you’re going more than a handful of times, the pass makes way more sense. It was easy to use too, which I appreciated, no weird hassle or extra hoops.

I had a great day at Snowbasin, mostly sticking to the harder runs. The steeps were a blast, with plenty of good lines, and I never got that “okay, I’ve done this enough” feeling after a few laps. Things definitely got a little chopped up later in the day, but it was still really fun to ride. Weird detail I remember: there was one glove just sitting perfectly upright near the lift like it was waiting for someone. Anyway, if you’re into advanced terrain, Snowbasin is absolutely worth checking out.

i mean, the lodge vibe was really cozy and chill, exactly the kind of laid-back place I was hoping for.

I kind of went in using the usual mental shortcut of “ski resort food equals overpriced,” but Snowbasin actually surprised me. Lunch was fair for what we got, the portions were solid, and I didn’t walk away feeling like I’d been ripped off. Definitely a nice little win during the day.

snowbasin is a really mountain, and when we were actually skiing, I was having a great time. The runs were fun, the views were awesome, and at first I was in a good mood about the whole day.

But the lifts kept stopping, and that got old fast. We hit multiple delays, and one lift seemed to go down right when the lines were already getting long, which made everything feel way more tense and annoying than it needed to be.

The staff we talked to were friendly enough, so I don’t want to sound too harsh, but for the ticket price I expected the day to run a lot smoother. I’d maybe come back someday, but I’m not rushing back after that experience.

We were really excited when we got there because the mountain itself looked great and the day started off promising. But after a little while, the mood kind of changed. We had a few basic questions since we weren’t totally sure where to go or how things worked, and a couple of the staff members acted like we were bothering them. Nothing dramatic happened, and it definitely wasn’t the worst day ever, but those small interactions made the whole visit feel less welcoming than it should have. The mountain was nice, but the experience would’ve been way better with friendlier staff...

I was expecting a solid meal, but it ended up being just okay. The burger was fine and tasted decent, but the fries were kind of cold, which was a letdown.

barely had to wait at all today. The lifts were running really smooth all day, which made everything way more enjoyable. Defintely a good day out.
